    From downtown New Braunfels, locate the nearest bus stop for the VIA Metropolitan Transit service. You can take Route 5 towards San Antonio. Stay on the bus for approximately 30-35 minutes, and get off at the stop closest to the intersection of N St Mary's St and E Mulberry Ave. From there, walk north on N St Mary's St for about 5 minutes until you reach Brackenridge Park at 3700 N St Mary's St.

    If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from a local rental shop in New Braunfels. Head south on S Seguin Ave towards E San Antonio St, then take a right onto E San Antonio St, which becomes TX-46. Continue to follow TX-46 until you reach the intersection with I-35. Cross the highway using the overpass and continue onto the San Antonio River Walk. Follow the signs to Brackenridge Park, which is about a 1.5-hour ride from New Braunfels.
