From downtown New Braunfels, head to the nearest bus stop located at the intersection of San Antonio St and Common St. Board the VIA Metropolitan Transit Bus Route 4 towards San Antonio. Remain on the bus for approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Get off at the stop closest to the Frost Bank Center, which is at 1 Frost Bank Center Dr, San Antonio. From the bus stop, walk a short distance to reach the Frost Bank Center entrance.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in New Braunfels. Begin your ride towards the west on W San Antonio St, and then merge onto TX-46 W. Follow TX-46 W for about 8 miles until you reach the intersection with I-35 S. Take the ramp onto I-35 S and continue for about 30 miles. Exit at the appropriate exit for San Antonio and follow the signs to the Frost Bank Center. The ride should take approximately 1 hour to 1.5 hours depending on your speed.
