Public Bus
From downtown New Braunfels, walk to the nearest bus stop on Seguin Avenue. Take the VIA Metropolitan Transit Bus Route 2 towards the South Texas Medical Center. Get off at the stop at Mission Rd and S. Flores St. From there, walk south on Mission Rd for about 0.2 miles until you reach Mission Concepción located at 807 Mission Rd.
Bicycle
If you have a bicycle, start from the New Braunfels Downtown area and head south on S. Seguin Ave. Follow this road as it turns into FM 725, then merge onto TX-46. Continue until you reach S. Laredo St. Turn right and ride until you reach Mission Rd. Turn left on Mission Rd and cycle for about 0.5 miles until you arrive at Mission Concepción.
Walking
If you're near the New Braunfels Civic Center, start by heading south towards E. San Antonio St. Continue onto S. Seguin Ave. Follow this road until it becomes FM 725. Continue walking south until you reach the intersection with S. Flores St. Turn left on S. Flores St, then right onto Mission Rd. Walk about 0.2 miles to reach Mission Concepción at 807 Mission Rd.
