Get off at the stop at Mission Rd and S. Flores St. From there, walk south on Mission Rd for about 0.2 miles until you reach Mission Concepción located at 807 Mission Rd.

    If you have a bicycle, start from the New Braunfels Downtown area and head south on S. Seguin Ave. Follow this road as it turns into FM 725, then merge onto TX-46. Continue until you reach S. Laredo St. Turn right and ride until you reach Mission Rd. Turn left on Mission Rd and cycle for about 0.5 miles until you arrive at Mission Concepción.

    If you're near the New Braunfels Civic Center, start by heading south towards E. San Antonio St. Continue onto S. Seguin Ave. Follow this road until it becomes FM 725.
