Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the New Braunfels Downtown area, head southeast on W San Antonio St toward S Castell Ave. Turn left onto S Castell Ave and continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with W Mill St. Turn right on W Mill St and continue for another 0.3 miles. You will then reach the intersection with S Laredo St. Turn left onto S Laredo St, and after about 0.2 miles, you will find Casa Navarro State Historic Site on your left.

    From New Braunfels, take the Comal County Transit bus to San Antonio. Board the bus at the New Braunfels Transit Station. Once you arrive at the San Antonio Transit Center, transfer to the VIA Metropolitan Transit bus route 2 towards the Southtown area. Get off at the stop on S Laredo St near Casa Navarro State Historic Site. The historic site is just a short walk from the bus stop.
