If you are in downtown New Braunfels, head south toward E San Antonio St. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with S Seguin Ave (TX-46). Cross the street and walk east on E San Antonio St. After about 0.5 miles, you will reach the intersection with S Walnut Ave. Turn left onto S Walnut Ave and continue until you reach the intersection with W Common St. Turn right onto W Common St, then follow it until you reach the intersection with N Market St. Turn left on N Market St and take it until you reach the intersection with W Zink St. Continue straight for about 0.4 miles until you reach the intersection with TX-46. At this point, you will need to take public transportation to reach Perrin House.

Once there, take Line 7 towards San Antonio International Airport. Get off at the stop nearest to 4101 Swans Landing.
