Walking
Start at the Port Aransas Ferry Landing on Ferry Rd. Head south towards the beach, and take a right on Ross Ave. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles. The Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center will be on your left at 1356 Ross Ave. Look for the entrance with a sign and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

If you have a bike, begin at the Port Aransas Community Park located at 700 Clark Pkwy. Exit the park and head east on Clark Pkwy, then turn left onto Ross Ave. Continue biking straight for about 1 mile. The Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center will be on your right at 1356 Ross Ave. There are bike racks available at the entrance.

While there is no direct public transport to the Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center, you can take the local shuttle service that operates in Port Aransas. Board the shuttle at any central location like the Port Aransas Library or the Community Center. Request a stop at Ross Ave and walk the remaining 0.2 miles to the Birding Center, which will be on your left at 1356 Ross Ave.
