    If you're starting from the Port Arthur Public Library, exit the library and head east on 5th St towards Procter St. Turn left onto Procter St. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles. The Museum of the Gulf Coast will be on your left at 700 Procter St.

    From the Port Arthur Transit Center, take the Route 16 bus towards the Lamar State College. Get off at the stop at Procter St and 7th Ave. Walk east on Procter St for about 2 blocks, and the Museum of the Gulf Coast will be on your right at 700 Procter St.
