If you are starting from the Port Arthur Public Library located at 4615 9th Ave, head south on 9th Ave towards W 4th St. Turn right onto W 4th St and walk until you reach the intersection with Memorial Blvd. Cross Memorial Blvd and continue straight on W 4th St, which will turn into Lakeshore Dr. Continue on Lakeshore Dr for about 1.5 miles until you reach White Haven at 2545 Lakeshore Dr. The walk will take approximately 30 minutes.

From the Port Arthur Transit Center located at 611 Houston Ave, take the Route 1 bus heading towards the Park Central Mall. Stay on the bus for approximately 15 minutes and get off at the stop closest to Memorial Blvd and Lakeshore Dr. From there, walk straight for about 0.5 miles along Lakeshore Dr, and you will reach White Haven at 2545 Lakeshore Dr. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the most accurate times.
