Start your journey from the San Angelo Visitor Center located at 418 W Avenue B. Head south on W Avenue B for two blocks until you reach S Chadbourne St. Turn right (west) onto S Chadbourne St and continue to W Twohig Ave. Turn left onto W Twohig Ave and walk for one block. Paintbrush Alley will be on your left at 33 W Twohig Ave.

From the San Angelo Transit System bus stop at the downtown area, take the bus route that goes towards the Concho River. Get off at the stop nearest to the intersection of S Chadbourne St and W Twohig Ave. From there, walk west on W Twohig Ave for a short distance until you reach Paintbrush Alley, located at 33 W Twohig Ave.
