If you are starting from downtown San Angelo, head south on South Chadbourne Street. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with East 1st Street. Turn left onto East 1st Street and keep walking until you reach South Bell Street. Turn right onto South Bell Street and continue until you reach the intersection with East Avenue B. Turn left onto East Avenue B, and follow it until you reach the intersection with South Bryant Boulevard. Cross South Bryant Boulevard and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Spillway Road. Turn left onto Spillway Road and walk straight for about 1.5 miles. The San Angelo Nature Trail will be on your right at 7464 Spillway Rd.

Starting from the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts, head northwest on South Oakes Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with West Concho Avenue. Turn left onto West Concho Avenue and follow it until you reach South Bell Street. Turn right onto South Bell Street, then continue to East Avenue B. Turn left onto East Avenue B and bike until you hit South Bryant Boulevard. Cross over South Bryant Boulevard and stay straight until you reach Spillway Road. Turn left onto Spillway Road and bike for about 1.5 miles. The San Angelo Nature Trail will be located on your right at 7464 Spillway Rd.
