If you are starting from downtown San Angelo, make your way to Concho Avenue. Begin at the San Angelo Visitor Center located at 418 W Avenue B. Head east on Avenue B for about three blocks until you reach the intersection with South Chadbourne Street. Turn left onto South Chadbourne and walk north for one block until you reach Concho Avenue. Turn right onto Concho Avenue and continue walking east for approximately six blocks. Miss Hattie's Bordello Museum will be on your right at 18 E Concho Ave.

From the San Angelo Visitor Center at 418 W Avenue B, walk two blocks to the nearest bus stop located at the intersection of W Avenue B and S Chadbourne. Take Bus Route 1 towards the Mall, and ride for about 15 minutes. Get off at the stop nearest to Concho Avenue. Walk two blocks east on Concho Avenue, and you will find Miss Hattie's Bordello Museum at 18 E Concho Ave on your right.
