Continue on Padre Blvd for about 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection with the Queen Isabella Causeway. Cross over the bridge to Port Isabel, which is approximately a mile long. Once you reach Port Isabel, continue straight on E Queen Isabella Blvd. The Port Isabel Lighthouse State Historic Site will be on your right at 421 E Queen Isabella Blvd.
