To reach First Class Tours located at 12703 Eastex Fwy, Houston, TX 77039 from Sugar Land, start by taking the Fort Bend Transit bus route 1 towards the Westpark Tollway. Disembark at the Westpark & Highway 6 stop. From there, transfer to the METRO bus route 150 (the 'Downtown') and head towards the 'Northline Transit Center'. Once you arrive at the Northline Transit Center, transfer to METRO route 73 (the 'Eastex Freeway'). Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at Eastex Fwy @ Corrigan Place, which is a short walk to First Class Tours.

If you prefer cycling, start at Sugar Land Town Square and head north on University Blvd until you reach the intersection with Highway 6. Turn left onto Highway 6 and continue until you reach the intersection with the Fort Bend Parkway. From there, follow the Parkway north, which will lead you towards Eastex Fwy. Turn right onto Eastex Fwy, and continue until you reach 12703 Eastex Fwy. Make sure to use bike lanes where available and wear a helmet for safety.

Walking from Sugar Land to First Class Tours isn't recommended due to the distance, but if you're up for a long walk, start from Sugar Land Town Square and head north on University Blvd. Follow it until you reach Highway 6, then walk along the sidewalk heading north. Continue until you reach the intersection with the Fort Bend Parkway, then head north on the Parkway. Eventually, you will need to navigate towards Eastex Fwy. Follow the signs to 12703 Eastex Fwy, but be cautious as this route will take several hours and is not pedestrian-friendly in many areas.
