Stay on the bus for approximately 15 minutes and get off at the stop at Old Richmond Rd & Sugar Land Memorial Park. From there, walk south on Old Richmond Rd for about 10 minutes; the Observation Deck will be on your left at 17707 Old Richmond Rd.

If you're near the Sugar Land Town Square, head south on the Sugar Land Memorial Park trails. Follow the trail until you reach the intersection with Old Richmond Rd. Turn right onto Old Richmond Rd and continue for about 1 mile. The Observation Deck will be on your right at 17707 Old Richmond Rd. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow cycling safety rules.

Starting from the Sugar Land Town Square, head south on Town Square Blvd. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Highway 6. Cross the highway and continue walking south on Old Richmond Rd. The Observation Deck is approximately 1.5 miles down the road on your left at 17707 Old Richmond Rd.
