From Sugar Land Town Square, walk to the nearest bus stop on University Blvd at Town Square. Take the Fort Bend County Public Transportation bus (Route 2) towards the Richmond Transit Center. Get off at the stop at the intersection of Main St and Texas Ave in Houston. Then, transfer to the METRO Bus 40 towards the Northwest Transit Center. Ride for about 20 minutes and get off at the stop on Montrose Blvd at Sul Ross St. From there, walk a short distance west on Sul Ross St to reach The Menil Collection at 1533 Sul Ross St.

If you prefer biking, rent a bike from a local bike-sharing service available in Sugar Land. Head north on University Blvd towards the intersection with Highway 6.
