If you are starting from downtown Waco, head west on Austin Avenue. Continue straight until you reach Waco Drive (Highway 84). Turn left onto Waco Drive and walk for about 1 mile. You will pass several shops and restaurants along the way. Keep an eye out for the Lee Lockwood Library and Museum, which will be on your right at 2801 W Waco Dr. The museum is located near the intersection of Waco Drive and Brookview Drive.

From downtown Waco, locate the nearest bus stop for the Waco Transit System. Take bus route 2 towards the Waco Transit System. Stay on the bus for approximately 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to Waco Drive and Brookview Drive. From there, walk approximately 5 minutes north on Brookview Drive, and you will arrive at the Lee Lockwood Library and Museum located at 2801 W Waco Dr.
