If you're starting from downtown Waco, head north on Austin Avenue. Continue straight until you reach Fourth Street. Turn right onto Fourth Street and walk for about 0.5 miles. Proctor Springs will be on your right at the intersection of Fourth Street and Herring Avenue, within Cameron Park. There are bike racks available for parking.
