The boat ride typically takes about 30-45 minutes.

From Phuket Town, take a local bus (Songthaew) to Rawai. The fare is around 30-50 THB. Once you arrive in Rawai, you can either walk to Chalong Pier (approximately 20-30 minutes) or take a tuk-tuk for about 100-150 THB. At Chalong Pier, you will need to hire a long-tail boat or join a diving tour to Racha Yai. Expect to pay around 1,500-2,500 THB for a boat ride, depending on whether you are going alone or as part of a group.
