If you are near Ayutthaya Historical Park, start by heading south on Naresuan Road towards the intersection with Rojana Road. Once you reach the intersection, turn left onto Rojana Road. Continue walking for about 1 km until you reach the junction with Khlong Suan Phlu road. Turn right onto Khlong Suan Phlu road, and walk for another 500 meters. You will see Chedi Wat Sam Pluem on your right side. The pagoda is located at 120 Khlong Suan Phlu, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya District.

If you have rented a bicycle, start from the Ayutthaya Historical Park. Head south on Naresuan Road for about 1 km and then take a left onto Rojana Road. Continue cycling for approximately 1 km until you reach the intersection with Khlong Suan Phlu Road. Turn right onto Khlong Suan Phlu Road and cycle for about 500 meters. Chedi Wat Sam Pluem will be on your right. It’s a pleasant ride with plenty of sights along the way.
