Walking
If you're starting from the Ayutthaya Historical Park, head west towards Naresuan Road (Road 32). Walk along Naresuan Road, which will take you past several historical sites. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Rojana Road. Turn left onto Rojana Road and continue for another 500 meters. From there, take a right onto a small road leading towards Wat Phra Ram. After walking for 300 meters, you will see the entrance to Wat Phra Ram on your left.

Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Ayutthaya, typically located near the train station or in the Historical Park area. Head towards Naresuan Road (Road 32) and pedal west. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer, and when you reach the intersection with Rojana Road, turn left. Cycle along Rojana Road for about 500 meters, and then turn right onto the small road that leads directly to Wat Phra Ram. The entrance will be on your left after about 300 meters.

Find a tuk-tuk stand near your location. Communicate with the driver that you want to go to Wat Phra Ram. The driver will take you through the main roads. Typically, they will take Naresuan Road and Rojana Road. The journey should take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. The tuk-tuk will drop you off at the entrance of Wat Phra Ram.
