If you are starting from the Ayutthaya Historical Park, head east towards Thanon Naresuan. Turn left onto Thanon Naresuan and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Thanon Rojana. Turn right onto Thanon Rojana and continue walking for about 1 kilometer. The Chao Sam Phraya National Museum will be on your left at 108 Rojana Road, directly across from the Ayutthaya Railway Station.

Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in the Ayutthaya Historical Park. Start by cycling east towards Thanon Naresuan. Turn left onto Thanon Naresuan and pedal straight until you reach the intersection with Thanon Rojana. Turn right onto Thanon Rojana and continue cycling for about 1 kilometer. You will find the Chao Sam Phraya National Museum on your left at 108 Rojana Road, right across from the Ayutthaya Railway Station.
