If you're in the central area of Ayutthaya, start at the Ayutthaya Historical Park. Head southwest towards Naresuan Road (Route 32). Once you reach Naresuan Road, turn left and walk along the road for about 800 meters until you see a sign for Khlong Suan Phlu. Turn right onto Khlong Suan Phlu Road and continue walking for approximately 1 kilometer. Chedi Wat Sam Pluem will be on your left, marked by its distinctive pagoda structure.

Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Ayutthaya. Start from the Ayutthaya Historical Park and cycle towards Naresuan Road (Route 32). Turn left on Naresuan Road and ride for about 800 meters. Look for a sign indicating Khlong Suan Phlu, then turn right onto Khlong Suan Phlu Road. Continue cycling for about 1 kilometer, and you will find Chedi Wat Sam Pluem on your left side. Parking is available for bicycles nearby.
