If you are starting from Ayutthaya Historical Park, head south toward Naresuan Road (Route 32). After about a 10-minute walk, you will reach the intersection with Uthong Road. Turn right on Uthong Road and continue walking for approximately 1 km. You will see a sign pointing to Wat Lokkayasutha. Follow the signs, and the temple will be on your left after approximately 500 meters.

Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops near the historical park. Start by heading south on Naresuan Road (Route 32) and turn right at Uthong Road. Continue on Uthong Road for about 1 km. Look for the sign for Wat Lokkayasutha and follow it. The temple is located about 500 meters down the road on your left. The bike ride should take around 10-15 minutes.

Find a tuk-tuk at one of the main tourist areas, such as near the Ayutthaya Historical Park. Tell the driver you want to go to Wat Lokkayasutha.
