If you are starting from the Ayutthaya Historical Park, head southwest towards Naresuan Road (Road 32). Once you reach Naresuan Road, turn left. Continue walking along Naresuan Road for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Road. Turn right onto Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Road and walk for another 500 meters. Look for signs indicating Wat Maha Saman, then turn left onto an unmarked street. Walk straight for about 300 meters, and you will find Wat Maha Saman on your right.

You can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops near the historical park. Start by cycling south on Naresuan Road (Road 32) for about 1 km. At the intersection with Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Road, take a right and continue cycling for 500 meters. Look for the signs for Wat Maha Saman and turn left onto the smaller road. Continue for another 300 meters until you reach the temple.
