If you're starting from the Ayutthaya Historical Park, rent a bicycle from one of the nearby rental shops. Head south on Naresuan Road (Road 309) and continue until you reach the intersection with Chakrasri Road. Turn right onto Chakrasri Road and continue until you see signs for Wat Maheyong. The temple is located on your left at approximately 1.5 kilometers down the road.

From the Ayutthaya Historical Park, walk south on Naresuan Road (Road 309). Walk for about 2 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Chakrasri Road. Turn right onto Chakrasri Road and walk straight for another 1.5 kilometers. Wat Maheyong will be on your left-hand side, marked by signs.
