Getting There

Bicycle
If you are in the center of Ayutthaya, rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops. Start by heading east on Naresuan Road (Road 32). After about 1.5 kilometers, take a left onto the side road leading towards Phai Ling area. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection. Wat Maklam will be on your right, marked by a small entrance.

From any central location in Ayutthaya, find a tuk-tuk driver. Tell them you want to go to Wat Maklam in Phai Ling. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic, and the fare usually costs between 50-100 Baht. The driver will take you directly to the entrance of the temple.
