From the Ayutthaya Historical Park, head southeast along U-Thong Road. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Naresuan Road. Turn right onto Naresuan Road and walk for another 600 meters. You will see Wat Suwandararam on your left, just after crossing the bridge over the canal.

If you have rented a bicycle, start from the Ayutthaya Historical Park. Head southeast along U-Thong Road for approximately 1.5 kilometers. When you reach the intersection with Naresuan Road, turn right. Continue cycling for 600 meters, and you will find Wat Suwandararam on your left, right after the canal bridge.
