From the 'Tha Tien' pier, walk towards the main road, which is Thanon Wang Doem. Turn left and walk along the road for about 5 minutes. You will see the entrance to Wat Arun on your right. The temple is located at 158 Thanon Wang Doem, Wat Arun, Bangkok Yai, Bangkok 10600.

If you are not near the river, you can hire a tuk-tuk from any location in Bangkok. Tell the driver you want to go to 'Wat Arun'. The ride will depend on traffic but usually takes around 30-40 minutes from popular areas like Khao San Road or Sukhumvit.
