If you are in the Thonglor area, start by heading towards Sukhumvit Road. Walk along Thonglor Soi 1 or Soi 2 until you reach Sukhumvit Road. Once you reach Sukhumvit Road, turn left and walk in the direction of Phra Khanong Nuea. Continue walking for about 10-15 minutes (approximately 1.2 km) until you see Wat That Thong on your right at 1325 Sukhumvit Rd. It's a large temple complex that is hard to miss.

From Thonglor BTS Station, board the Sukhumvit Line heading towards Kheha. After just one stop, get off at Phra Khanong BTS Station. Upon exiting the station, head towards Sukhumvit Road and turn right. Walk for about 10 minutes (approximately 800 meters) along Sukhumvit Road until you reach Wat That Thong at 1325 Sukhumvit Rd. This method costs around 30 THB for the BTS fare.
