A nice leisurely tour taking about 4 hours through a key part of Bangkok!

I love that this tour is individual/flexible and runs entirely on your own timeline, at your own pace and you get to do it exactly the way you want. The Chinatown and Song Wat area has many quirky and interesting things to see, and the tour covers many of these in detail, gives historical information and allows you to look around rather than have your face stuck in a guide or staring at a human leading you through the various points. The fact that the area put Bangkok on the map in terms of trading and also the first gateway of arrival for many of the ethic Chinese Thais gives the area a totally different vibe to central Bangkok, and offers it own unique spin on food - recommendation is to do the tour as of 4pm when the streetfood in Yaowarat truly comes alive and makes for an exciting culinary experience. I found most of the stops on the tour of interest and learnt many new things despite visiting the city since nearly 40 years. Song Wat is full of lovely coffee shops, unique and arty shops and well worth spending a bit of extra time at, the latter part offers a more spiritual and historical feel and the temples are worth entering. Overall, the tour is well put together and I really enjoyed it!!
