From the Old City, head to the nearest songthaew stop. Look for a red songthaew, which will take you to the Chang Phueak area. You can catch one at the Chang Puak Gate. Inform the driver that you want to go to Wat Chiang Chom (Wat Chedi Plong). The ride will cost around 30-40 THB, and the driver will drop you off near the temple.

You can hire a tuk-tuk from anywhere in Chiang Mai. Simply negotiate the fare to Wat Chiang Chom (Wat Chedi Plong) before starting your journey. The cost should be approximately 100-150 THB depending on your starting point. The driver will take you directly to the temple.

If you are staying in the Chang Phueak area, you can walk to Wat Chiang Chom. Start at the Chang Phueak Market, head north on Chediplong Road, and continue walking for about 10-15 minutes. You will see the temple on your left at 39 Chediplong Rd.

Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Chiang Mai. From the Old City, head north towards Chang Phueak. Follow the main roads until you reach Chediplong Road. Turn left on Chediplong Road, and you will find Wat Chiang Chom (Wat Chedi Plong) on your right after a short ride.
