Tuk-Tuk
If you're in the center of Chiang Rai, you can easily find a tuk-tuk. Simply go to the main road, and look for a tuk-tuk waiting or wave one down. Tell the driver 'Oub Kham Museum' or show them the address: 81/1 Nahkhai Rd, Tambon Rop Wiang. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Ask the driver to drop you off right in front of the museum.

Songthaew
Another local option is to take a songthaew, a shared taxi service. Head to the nearest songthaew stop, which you can find near major markets or the bus station. Look for one going towards 'Rop Wiang' or 'Nahkhai.' Once on, inform the driver that you need to go to Oub Kham Museum. It should cost around 20-30 baht per person, and the journey will take about 15-20 minutes.

Walking
If you're close to the museum, you can walk there. From the Clock Tower in the city center, head east on Phaholyothin Road. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach Nahkhai Road. Turn left onto Nahkhai Road, and after approximately 500 meters, you will see the Oub Kham Museum on your right. This walk will take about 20-30 minutes.

Bicycle Rental
For the more adventurous, consider renting a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Chiang Rai. Head east from the city center towards Phaholyothin Road, then continue on this road until you reach Nahkhai Road. Turn left onto Nahkhai Road, and the museum will be on your right after about 500 meters. Riding a bike will take around 15-20 minutes.
