If you are driving from Bangkok, take the Eastern Outer Ring Road (Highway 9) towards Chachoengsao. Continue on Highway 9 until you reach the exit for Highway 304 towards Chachoengsao. Follow Highway 304 for about 30 kilometers until you reach Plaeng Yao District. Once you enter Plaeng Yao, look for signs indicating Wang Yen area. The Regional Observatory is located at Moo 3, 999 Wang Yen, Plaeng Yao District, Chachoengsao 24190. Parking is available on-site.

From Bangkok, take a bus from Ekkamai Bus Terminal to Chachoengsao. The bus fare is around 100-150 THB and the journey takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Upon arriving at Chachoengsao Bus Station, take a local songthaew (shared taxi) towards Plaeng Yao. The fare for the songthaew is around 30-50 THB. Inform the driver to drop you off at Moo 3, Wang Yen, as it is a well-known location. The observatory is a short walk from the drop-off point.
