Car
If you are traveling by car from the Golden Triangle area, start by heading south on Route 1 (also known as Highway 1) towards Chiang Rai. Continue for approximately 40 kilometers until you reach the city of Chiang Rai. As you approach Chiang Rai, keep an eye out for local signs directing you to the Night Bazaar. Once you are in the city, follow signs for 'Night Bazaar' or navigate to the address WR4M+5M2, Tambon Wiang, Mueang Chiang Rai District, Chiang Rai 57000. There is parking available near the Night Bazaar, but it may require a small fee, so be prepared for this additional cost.
Public Transportation (Bus)
From the Golden Triangle area, you can take a local bus to Chiang Rai. Look for a bus that is headed towards Chiang Rai at a nearby bus station or roadside bus stop. The journey will take about 1 to 1.5 hours depending on traffic, and the fare typically ranges from 50 to 100 Thai Baht. Once you arrive in Chiang Rai, ask the bus driver to drop you off near the Night Bazaar or take a taxi for a short ride to WR4M+5M2, Tambon Wiang, Mueang Chiang Rai District, Chiang Rai 57000. The taxi fare should be around 40-60 Thai Baht.
Public Transportation (Songthaew)
