From the main entrance of Khao Yai National Park, drive towards the Visitor Center. From there, follow the signs towards Pha Kluai Mai Waterfall. Continue driving until you reach the parking area for the waterfall. From the parking area, there is a short hike to the viewpoint.

Public Transportation
Take a bus or minivan to the Pak Chong bus station. From Pak Chong, you can hire a taxi or a motorcycle taxi to take you to Khao Yai National Park. Once inside the park, you can take a shuttle bus to the Visitor Center. From there, follow the signs towards Pha Kluai Mai Waterfall. The waterfall parking area is the starting point for the hike to the viewpoint.
