From any point in Maenam, you can catch a songthaew (a shared taxi) heading towards Bophut or Nathon. These typically run along Route 4169. Simply flag one down and inform the driver you want to go to Wat Na Phra Lan. The fare is usually around 30-50 THB per person. The driver will drop you off near the temple, from where it is just a short walk.
