Car
If you are driving a car, head towards the northern part of Koh Tao. Start from Mae Haad Beach and take the main road heading north. Follow the signs for Sairee Beach and continue until you reach the junction near the Sairee Beach area. Turn left onto Unnamed Road (the road may not be marked) after you pass the Sairee Beach area. Continue along this road for approximately 2 km. You will find a small parking area near the footpath leading to Sainuan Viewpoint. Parking is generally free.
Motorbike
For a more adventurous route, rent a motorbike from one of the rental shops in Koh Tao. Starting from Sairee Beach, head north on the main road. After about 1 km, take a left onto Unnamed Road. Proceed for about 2 km until you reach the parking area at the base of Sainuan Viewpoint. Be cautious of the road conditions, as some parts may be steep and bumpy.
Taxi or Songthaew
If you prefer not to drive, you can hire a taxi or take a Songthaew (a shared taxi truck) from your accommodation. Ask the driver to take you to Sainuan Viewpoint. It’s best to confirm the price before you set off; the fare should be around 100-200 THB for a ride from central Koh Tao. The driver will drop you off at the entrance to the footpath leading up to the viewpoint.
Walking
For those who are staying nearby, you can choose to walk to Sainuan Viewpoint. Starting from Sairee Beach, walk towards the north end of the beach and take the path leading up the hill.
