If you are driving, start from Krabi Town and head southwest on Route 4. After approximately 15 kilometers, take the exit toward Ao Nang. Continue straight for about 10 kilometers, and you will arrive in Ao Nang. Look for signs directing you to Ao Nang Beach. Once you reach Ao Nang Beach, you can find Krabi Elephant Shelter at 334, Ao Nang, Mueang Krabi District. The entire drive should take around 30-40 minutes depending on traffic.

Public Transportation (Songthaew)
To reach Krabi Elephant Shelter via public transportation, you can take a songthaew (shared taxi) from Krabi Town to Ao Nang. The fare is typically around 60-100 THB per person. Ride the songthaew until you reach Ao Nang Beach. From there, you can either walk or take a local tuk-tuk to the shelter, which is about 2 kilometers away. Expect the entire journey to take around 45-60 minutes.
