To reach Ko Adang from Krabi, start by making your way to Ao Nang Beach. You can take a local songthaew (shared taxi) from Krabi Town to Ao Nang. Just wait at the designated songthaew stop on the main road, and it will take you to the beach. Once at Ao Nang, look for the boat pier where you can purchase tickets for a ferry to Ko Lipe. Ferries to Ko Lipe typically operate multiple times throughout the day, so check the schedule in advance. Once you arrive at Ko Lipe, you will need to transfer to a long-tail boat to reach Ko Adang, as it is located nearby. Make sure to negotiate the fare with the long-tail boat driver before boarding.

Alternatively, you can take a direct ferry from Krabi to Ko Lipe if available. Head to the Krabi Ferry Terminal located at Klong Jilad Pier. You can take a local taxi from Krabi Town to the pier. Ferries from Krabi to Ko Lipe may only operate during peak seasons, so it is advisable to check the schedule ahead of time. Upon arriving at Ko Lipe, you can then take a long-tail boat to Ko Adang. Ensure you confirm the boat schedule with the ferry service and negotiate your ride to Ko Adang.
