If you're driving to Wat Phan On, start from the Old City area in Chiang Mai. Head southeast on Rachadamnoen Rd, passing through the Tha Phae Gate. Continue straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the intersection with Singharat Rd. Turn left onto Singharat Rd, and shortly after, you will see Wat Phan On on your left at 75 Rachadamnoen Rd. There is limited parking near the temple, so be mindful of available spaces.

To reach Wat Phan On by public transportation, you can take a red songthaew (shared taxi) from various points in the Old City. Look for one heading towards the Night Bazaar or the Chantharam Temple. Inform the driver that you want to go to Wat Phan On. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes, and you'll be dropped off right outside the temple entrance at 75 Rachadamnoen Rd.

If you are already in the Old City, you can walk to Wat Phan On. Start at the Tha Phae Gate and head southeast down Rachadamnoen Rd. The walk is approximately 1.5 km and will take about 20-25 minutes. You'll pass by several shops and cafes along the way. Once you reach Singharat Rd, look for the temple on your left at 75 Rachadamnoen Rd.
