Car
If you are driving, head towards the city center of Chiang Mai. Use the main road, Huay Kaew Road, and follow the signs towards the Old City. Once you reach the Old City, look for the intersection with Prapokkloa Road. Turn onto Prapokkloa Road, and you will find Wat Phantao on your left at 105 Prapokkloa Rd. There is parking available nearby, but it can be limited during peak tourist hours.
Public Transportation
To reach Wat Phantao via public transportation, you can take a songthaew (shared taxi) heading towards the Old City. Get off at the intersection of Prapokkloa Road. From there, it's a short walk (about 5 minutes) to the temple. Just head down Prapokkloa Road, and you will see Wat Phantao on your left. Alternatively, you can also take a tuk-tuk directly to the temple for a more convenient ride.
