Car
If you are driving from Chiang Mai city center, head southeast on Ratchadamnoen Road toward Chao Fa Road. Continue straight onto Tha Pae Road, then merge onto Route 121. Follow Route 121 for about 6 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route 700 Pi Road. Turn left onto Route 700 Pi Road and continue for approximately 3 kilometers. Wiang Kum Kam will be on your right at 149 หมู่ที่ 2 Somphot Chiang Mai 700 Pi Rd, Tha Wang Tan, Saraphi District. Look for the entrance to the historical landmark as you approach.

Public Transportation
To reach Wiang Kum Kam via public transport, first take a songthaew (red truck) from the old city area of Chiang Mai. Head towards Saraphi District by getting on a songthaew that says 'Saraphi' or 'Hang Dong'. After about a 30-minute ride, ask the driver to drop you off at the intersection of Route 700 Pi Road. From there, it’s a short walk to Wiang Kum Kam, which is located about 500 meters down the road on your right. Be sure to check the operating hours of the site before planning your visit, as it opens at 9 AM.
