From central Loei, head to the main bus station (Loei Bus Terminal). Look for a songthaew heading towards Phu Luang. The fare is usually around 30-50 THB. After about 30 minutes, ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Loei Reservoir. You may need to take a short walk of about 1 km once you arrive at the drop-off point, following the signs towards Loei Reservoir.
Motorbike Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a motorbike taxi from any point in Loei. Negotiate the fare before starting the journey, which should be around 100-150 THB. The driver will take you directly to Loei Reservoir, which is located in Kaeng Si Phum, Phu Luang District. The ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.
