Bus
From Loei city center, head to the Loei Bus Terminal. Look for buses heading to Dan Sai. The trip takes about 1-1.5 hours. Once you arrive at the Dan Sai bus station, exit the station and walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach a major intersection. Turn right onto the main road (Highway 203) and continue straight for about 2 kilometers. The Phi Ta Khon Dan Sai Museum will be on your left, clearly marked.

At Loei city center, find a songthaew that has a sign indicating it goes to Dan Sai. Share a ride with other passengers; the fare is usually around 50-70 THB. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once you reach the Dan Sai area, ask the driver to drop you off near the Phi Ta Khon Dan Sai Museum. It’s located at 134 Moo 1, Ban Dern, which is a short walk from the songthaew drop-off point.
