Walking
If you are staying in the center of Mae Hong Son, you can easily reach Wat Kam Ko by walking. From the main street (Khunlumprapas Rd), head east until you reach the intersection with the Chong Kham Lake on your left. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer. You will see the entrance to Wat Kam Ko on your right at 98 Khunlumprapas Rd. The temple is located near the lake, making it a pleasant walk.
Tuk-Tuk
You can hire a tuk-tuk from anywhere in Mae Hong Son to take you to Wat Kam Ko. Simply tell the driver 'Wat Kam Ko' or show them the address (98 Khunlumprapas Rd, Chong Kham). The ride should take around 5-10 minutes depending on your starting point. Most tuk-tuk drivers are familiar with the area and can drop you off right at the temple entrance.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Mae Hong Son. Start from the town center and head towards the east along Khunlumprapas Rd. The ride to Wat Kam Ko is approximately 1 kilometer. Enjoy the scenery of the lake as you approach the temple. Once you reach 98 Khunlumprapas Rd, you will find the temple on your right.
