Car
If you are driving from central Vientiane, head south on Rue Setthathirath towards the Mekong River. Continue straight for about 3 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Rue Chao Anouvong. Turn left onto Rue Chao Anouvong, then continue for about 1 kilometer. You will see signs for the Amusement Park - Mekong Riverside on your right as you approach the riverfront area. There is parking available nearby, but be mindful of parking fees, which may vary based on the time of day.

Public Transportation (Tuk-Tuk)
To reach the Amusement Park by tuk-tuk, you can find one at various points in the city. Simply tell the driver 'Hat Don Chan' or 'Mekong Riverside Amusement Park'. The fare should be around 30,000 to 50,000 LAK, depending on your starting point. The ride will take roughly 15-25 minutes from central Vientiane, depending on traffic. The tuk-tuk will drop you off near the park entrance.

Public Bus
You can also take a local bus from Vientiane to the Mekong Riverside area. Look for bus number 14 or 18, which will take you towards the river. Board the bus at the bus station near the city center. The fare is around 5,000 to 10,000 LAK. Once you reach the Mekong Riverside stop, walk a short distance towards the river, following the signs for the Amusement Park. Expect the journey to take about 30-40 minutes.
