Head south on Route 11 (Superhighway) towards Lamphun, then take Route 1 heading towards Phrae. Once you reach Phrae, follow signs to Rong Kwang. From Rong Kwang, take the local road (Route 1004) towards the cave. The cave is located at 9993+MF9 บ้านแม่ทราย-บ้านแม่ยางโพธิ์, just off Route 1004. Parking is available near the entrance.

To reach Tham Pha Nang Khoi using public transportation, start by taking a bus from Chiang Mai to Phrae. Buses leave from the Arcade Bus Station and the journey takes around 4-5 hours.
