Getting There

  • Songthaew

    From the center of Pai, head to the main road (Rim Pai Road). Look for a songthaew (a red pickup truck) that is heading towards Soppong or Pang Mapha. The fare should be around 50-100 THB. Inform the driver that you want to go to Nam Lod Cave, and they will drop you off at the entrance to the cave, which is approximately a 30-minute ride.

  • Motorbike Rental

    If you're comfortable riding a motorbike, rent one from a shop in Pai. Once you have your bike, head out of Pai on Route 1095 towards Soppong. Continue for about 26 kilometers until you see signs for Nam Lod Cave. Follow the signs, and you will reach the parking area for the cave. It’s a scenic ride, so enjoy the views along the way.

  • Bicycle Rental

    For the more adventurous, you can rent a bicycle in Pai. Head out of town on Route 1095 towards Soppong.
