If you are starting from the Pai town center, head southeast on Rangsiyanon Road. Continue walking for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with the main road, then turn left onto Pai Road (Highway 1095). Walk along this road for another 300 meters. You will see the entrance to Pai Walking Street on your right, just before the bridge. Look for the vibrant stalls and food vendors that line the street.
