    If you are in the center of Pai, start at the Pai Walking Street. Head east on Rte 1095 towards the Pai River. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rte 1095 and turn left. Walk for about 1.5 kilometers, passing local shops and cafes. You will see a sign for Wat Phra That Mae Yen on your right-hand side. Follow the path up the hill towards the temple, which is about 500 meters from the road.

    Rent a bicycle from one of the many shops in Pai. Start from the center of Pai and cycle east on Rte 1095. Keep going straight for about 1.5 kilometers. Look out for the sign for Wat Phra That Mae Yen on your right. Turn into the road leading to the temple and bike up the hill for about 500 meters until you reach the temple entrance.
